Solution: We create a feature-rich, modular course shell and series of Dreamweaver objects for rapid course prototyping and development.
Benefit: Rapid prototypes are fully functional and easily built-out to a complete course, reducing or eliminating storyboarding. The shell's modular construction allows flexibility of GUI design and functionality. Web-native technology allows web, CD or hybrid delivery, and, more importantly, requires minimal effort to change delivery method in the future.

Opportunity: Automotive supplier client with established print and training capabilities lands first e-learning project and needs CBT design and programming expertise.
Solution: Working with client's training program author and within auto client's CBT guidelines, we create five similar CD-ROM courses for dealership service technicians introducing new systems and components found on new model cars. Employing an innovative navigation structure making extensive use of photographs and narration, learners can visually "take apart" the car to see and learn about each component that makes up the various systems.
Benefit: For the auto company, each course represents one day of in-center training, cutting in-center training time from three days to two, which in turn allows two in-center training sessions per week instead of one. For our supplier client, the success of these courses proves their new e-learning development capability to their client.

Opportunity: Client wants to convert existing training to e-learning with rich-media content. Conversion from CD-ROM to web delivery a must.
Solution: Building on existing training materials, we re-write content for e-learning and plug it into the courseware development platform profiled above to create two similar CD-ROM courses. It makes extensive use of audio, video and flash rich media.
Benefit: Since the course development platform is web-native, converting the course to web requires simply re-compressing audio and video files for lower bandwidth.
